Confidentiality

Our business and reputation depends on maintaining the utmost confidence with candidates. We will not disclose your information to a client without your explicit permission. We will not discuss your background or candidacy with anyone outside our firm and caution our clients to protect your confidentiality. We will not contact references without your consent. 

  
Respect

We will provide timely communication and feedback at every step of the search process. We will give you an honest assessment as to your fit and strength as a potential candidate. We will communicate directly to our client not only your interest, but also any reservations you may have about an opportunity. We will comply with all employment laws, including equal opportunity, that pertain to a normal hiring process.


Full Disclosure

It is our job, in representing our client's business, to provide you with as much information as possible about an opportunity so that you can make an informed decision. We will not "sell" you on an opportunity, but rather, have an open and honest dialogue with you. We will tell you the full nature and requirements of the position, the compensation range, location, and any challenges inherent in the position. We know that transparency with the client and candidate is the best way to ensure a successful hire that is a win-win for both.
