GREGORY SHULTZ
Founder & Managing Partner
Gregory has a successful track record of over two decades in executive search, advising the investment management, private equity, real estate, technology, and energy industries. He has been responsible for multiple strategic hires at the C-suite and senior management levels for an array of public and private companies in the US, Europe, and Asia. He started his career working with some of the industry’s leading firms, such as Solomon Page Group’s diversified practice, Heidrick & Struggles’ global financial services practice, and FPL Advisory Group, where he helped establish the New York office and focused on commercial real estate search. In 2006, Gregory founded Newbridge Search Consultants.
As a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), he has been guest speaker at their annual conference. He has also appeared as speaker and moderator at The Global Real Estate Institute conferences in New York, London, and Paris; the Crittenden Real Estate Finance Conferences in Miami; and New York’s Columbia University Real Estate Roundtable.
Gregory holds a B.S. degree from New York University. He serves on the Executive Board of Children of Promise, NYC, a non-profit that removes barriers caused by trauma and stigma in order to create opportunities for children to thrive and achieve their full human potential. He is also a member of the Founding Committee of the Epicenter Venice Music Festival, a classical music festival in Italy that highlights not only Venice’s historical and artistic facets, but also underscores the City’s fragility under the current climate and environmental stresses.
ANDREW T. NORRIS
Partner, London Office Head
Andrew has more than fifteen years of experience in the executive search industry, covering the energy, financial services, real estate, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Over his career, he has developed a deep knowledge of the human capital requirements of the global energy markets, their trends, structure and the underlying drivers, with a particular focus on the EMEA region. He has worked across the investor, operator, consulting and supplier sectors, and has recruited for senior technical, general management, commercial, business development and trading positions for many of the leading blue-chip and niche specialist players.
Prior to Newbridge, Andrew worked for major executive search firms, including Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn/Ferry. Earlier in his career he worked for Deloitte, as well as a top investment banking firm in the U.K.
Andrew holds an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a postgraduate diploma in Library and Information Studies from University College, University of London.
